Do the calorie count and make sure that calorie in is greater than calorie out.

Eat at least 3 meals per day:
Include healthy fats, carbohydrates and protein in your diet. Do not engage in intermittent fasting. Eat on a regular basis and if you are underweight remember to eat more than you burn.
